The vision of Christ Emmanuel is to see:

• A born again, Spirit-filled gifted, mature and multi-cultural army of believers in Jesus Christ pursue and live out the destiny and purpose God has established for their lives.
• An army of thousands under the guidance of the Holy Ghost and spirit directed leadership extend the Kingdom of God to their families, communitites, and the urban centers of this world; to literally "turn this world up-side-down."
• An army who have been radically changed through faith in Jesus Christ and who are living out the principles of the Kingdom of God in their everyday lives.
