Elder Charles D. Clingman is married to his wife of 47 years, Carolyn G. Clingman. He has three children; Shaunda, Alicia, and Charles II, and four Grandchildren; Justin, Jade, Jordan, and Julian.While at Christ Emmanuel Elder Clingman has: Served as the Church Administrator and managed the building of our current Sanctuary, as Executive Director or Jireh Development Corporation, developed and built 6 Single Family Homes on May Street, developed a 9 single family home project on Sycamore Hill, Mt Auburn, and as Executive Director of Exodus, managed the Exodus Program – A welfare to work program for men and women. Elder Clingman has oversight of the following Christ Emmanuel ministries: Prison Ministry, One Flesh Pre-Marital Ministry, Comfort Care Ministry, and the Senior Saints Ministry. Elder Clingman holds certificates in: Christian Community Development from Harvard Divinity School, Housing Development and Project Management, Church Administration from Riverside College, and a certificate in Housing and Community Development – Ohio Community Development Association. Elder Clingman is a Veteran of the United States Air Force, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Personnel Administration and Community Service Management from the University of Cincinnati, and is the former Personnel and Credit Manager at Formica Corporation. |
